    Default what kind of food

i suffer with alot of headackes daily, but they use to be alot of migranes, untill i went to a chiroprctor and been going for 2 years now and my migranes have been reduced to smaller headackes.still not gone but are there lightly daily.so was watching a program today about[you are what you eat]and on the program it was showing loads of people who eat alot of takeaways are all suffering with headackes to.so the lady puts them on a diet.lots of fruit and drinks and stuff, she hen leaves and comes back after 8 weeks to find the people now no longer suffer headackes.but what i want to no is what else do you eat beside fruit as the program does not tell you, it shows you but i cannot get half of the food they show you .so i need a healthy diet if anyone can help that i would like to try and is easy to do.maybe his could help me get rid of my headackes, got to be worth a try surely

A lot of people suffer from headaches from eating too many takeaways due to the amount of MSG (mono sodium glutamates) in takeaway/fast food.

You should vary your diet and include vegetables and fruit but in proportion. Eating just fruit and veg can be bad for you too!!

Do a search on the web, there should be loads of info on good diets and how to reduce headaches by adjusting your diet!!

I used to get migraines when I was younger. It turned out that it was eating red grapes that triggered them. The doctor made me write down evertything I'd eaten in the 24 hours before the migraine and after a while it became clear that the common factor was that.

I used to get migranes and was told that chocolate and cheese contribute to them - try staying off these?
