Default Car Feels Unstable @ speed

    Guys,

Had my SRI150 since early January and i love it to bits.

Recently i had to get two tyres replaced on it (standard goodyear nct5)

Since then there has been a judder at around 80mph, ive had the wheels into the place again and had them balanced, one was 5g out the other 40g, the guy corrected them and retested.

Since then the judder has gone away but the car feels very twitchy at speed, sorta feels as if its jumping from side to side over small lines and small holes in the road - i only feel this at around 70-110.

    Anyone any ideas?

*what should the standard pressures be on the tyres?
*should i try swapping back to front?
    *should i buy an astra?

    Cheers

    70-110km Mr police man
    32F 32R, loaded 32F 40R
Swap the tyres mate and try. Any blance issues with be highlighter the faster you go. Worth getting the other 2 tyres balanced in case.

The vectra will be more stable @ top end then the astra as longer wheel base.

right guys, ive put the pressures down to 32 and 32 (from 35 and 36)

car feels much more stable at speed and also in the twisties, took a detour home from work and drove it hard was fun, but the brakes smell a bit when pushed.....
