    Angry Broken Lock Nut Socket

After nearly breaking my back trying to get my front wheel off, I eventually rounded the removal socket for the locking wheel nut

Now, the last people to have the wheels off were Arnold Shark when they did the servie and MOT about 3 - 4 weeks ago. Whoever put the nuts back on did not torque them correctly and obviously used the air/impact gun, as they were solid.

It really annoys me that to have them removed by the dealer it'll be £60 + VAT and then £30-£40 for a new set of nuts and key.

Do you think I should go round to Arnold Shark and demand they remove all the lock nuts and replace them and the removal socket? Or will they just laugh in my face?

Also, do you think I should just get the Irwin bolt grip remover set for approx £25 and try remove them myself?

Mine don't have spinning collars mate. The key embeds itself in a cut out sort of star shape within the nut. The outside of the nut is round though so i wonder if the Irwin will grip it... I'll try and get a photo of the nut and key.
