Vectra and boat help

guys im about to go on a boat and the last time i put the car on a small ferry the alarm went off(was only a 5min crossing and i was near it). thing is i dont want to leave the alarm running the whole time on the ferry(large ferry with car below decks and a 2hr crossing) as i wont know about it as its below decks. i guess the last time with the rocking of the boat the car thought it was being lifted so alarmed so how can i lock the car without the alarm activating. need to know quick as leavin in 2 hrs thanks

Not sure but check the manual to see what it says about locking it with the key in the lock.

Doesnt the button on the dashboard disable all interiour and motion sensors. I.e if you were leaving a dog in the car, but still leaves the door alarms activated.

Ime pretty sure if you pressed this when leaving and locking the car, it would solve the problem, but it would only be an educated guess.

Yep indeed it does, just press it before getting out of the car

the button beside your radio will disable the tilt sensors as well as the internal sonic sensor things. Also handy if you own 2 big dogs like me
