Meguiars Deep Crystal 3 Stage Detailing Kit

Hi all, has anyone tried the Meguiars 3 stage detailing kit. I've seen alot written about using a pure carnauba wax but what do people think of this set?

when i was looking at gettin all my stuff pple said the megs 3 stage kit wasnt that good, i ended up goin to auto-brite and got some polish off them, i bought some collonite #915 wax and i have to say its the best stuff ive used, water just beads off your car..and then when i just wash the car quickly i used megs quick detailer just to shine it up a little, there are loads of good lads on here who know a hell of a lot more than me about detailing your car properly, im sure when they get in from work and they see this thread they will advise you on what to get..

Its ok for an entry level kit. But thats about it.

The stage 3 doesn't last very long at all, maybe a week, swap it for another wax like 915 or similar.

I've got this, used it a couple of times but now got some better stuff. Stages 1 & 2 are OK, stage 3, not so good.

thats the impression i got, Use stages 1 & 2 but get an elternative pure solid carnauba wax

i'd just not get any of it, speak to lump he'll point you in the right direction. Have a look at,

i think number 1 is good, number 2 is good but a bummer to get it off, 3 is poo

chemical guys stuff is amazing but some is expensive but just buy as you can and smells good too
