wheel wax is brilliant, keeps the crap off! They look better too, get some rimwax!
any ideas on the next clean.? also whats the difference in ez creme glaze and jet seal or do you use both together to get a great shine?
i did mine at the weekend and I did this:
snow foam
rinse
snow foam
rub down
rinse
towel dry
glaze
wax........
turned out a treat.
You've done the hard bit already. The wax you put on the car will protect it for weeks. (Not sure which one you used so weeks should be a minimum)
So in between just wash (or snowfoam first if you have it) and then dry the car. You can either leave it there or apply a quik wax to top up the existing one or a Quik detailer which will give it a bit of extra bling and help with the drying.
I normally use a Quik wax. Takes 10 minutes or so but both methods work and will get the car back to something like it looked when you did the last major polish/wax.
so then how often should i re polish etc? i know to clay about twice a year but what about polish etc?
the question is.....do you enjoy doing it???
if you dont - then never
but if you do and enjoy it like me, the do it when ever you want, as long you're not cutting the paint - who cares....if you know what I mean.
if you have got one - go to autobrite and buy their snow foam kit, its bloomin great and fun to do.
if you want the best advice - join the Detailing world website.
good luck.
rimwax, gotta love it Bertie eh! buy some you'll see, i couldn't live without some wax on my rim/s!
rimwax is the way forward
