Chrome Mirror covers

Hi all,
picked up some chrome covers from ebay for 46 euros, they have just turned up, now my question is how do i remove the mirror glass without breaking it??

No idea mate, I hope they just stick on - can't be bothered with the hassle of taking it all apart

i didnt take mine apart the backs just squeeze/pry off but cover your eyes so you dont get blinded when all the old clips break and go firing off in the air

i did not even know there were stick on covers out there, they were delivered to the wife's work, i hope they are not stick on!

There were a brand new set of Kamei ones (clip on sort) on ebay a while back, think they only went for £40 so could be the proper covers.

on the plus side they are chrome on the neg side they are stick on, they look OK

however not sure if they will make it through an auto wash - and before you all hang me you can not wash cars on the street!! and not at all on sundays
