Default DMF and clutch inc AA warranty

i just thought i would post this here guysto let you know what i experianced with the AA warrenty. After my car warranty ran out i got worried that i could get the dreaded flywheel/clutch problem or anything else which would cost a fortune. so i got the AA warranty with a wear and tear policy for cars under 5yrs and 60k miles. tho and behold a month later i got a rattle. rang the aa and they said fine book it in where you want dropped it in and the dealer said the dmf collapsed and wrecked the clutch. the aa paid towards it no problem and also vx paid towards it so totall result. only 2 down sides. they only pay £37 per hour so you pay the difference which isnt to bad. also you pay the dealer then send the invoice away and within 10 days the cheque arrived with the money. i dont sell insurance or anything but i thought ppl would like to know. so i only paid £100 to fix it plus the £50 (saved £1200)!!excess as normal so the insurance for the next 2 yrs is free :0 best £20 a month ive every spent

iirc, it does say in the aa insurance small print that if needed they will deal direct with the garage for payment.
