Colour Code

I need some paint for a colour code job I want to do. I have been to halfords but not help as I dont know my colour code.

I have a silver 06 facelift SRi Nav. See photo below:-



Any ideas or any way I can find out?

Vauxhall can tell you from your number plate.

Drivers door paint code should be there

It's on the plate thats either by the engine, or in most vectra's inside the drivers door on the pillar. (has the chassis number and axel weights on it). At the bottom there is two parts. The first part is three characters, thats your paint code. For example, mine is black saphire, paint code 2HU.

Is that where it is... I saw it and wasn't sure if it was that or not

I saw that but it didnt match anything in halfords. I will have to ask some1 this time. As had my daughter with me last time & she was playing up.

There are two different codes for a lot of colours (I dont know why, I'm sure there is some obscure manufacturing reason.) Mine, 2HU is recognised in halfords as 20R. If you have a look at the link glenboy and bigmac posted up, find your code and you should find the 'other' code next to it. Halfords may use the other one.
