every time i start up the car it comes up check safeguard. any ideas where to start. it comes and go's. some times it pops up then other days its fine. dont want to have to take it to vx

could be the ultra sonic unit ......or the headed rear screen has some broken eliments ....
aye the heated rear screen does. i saw that one icy day. never thought that would have any thing to do with it. thanks manOriginally Posted by benny

tryed all door lock and sensors but still came up. i slamed the boot one day and it did go away for a day. does your headed rear screen has some broken eliments too
ive not looked, but will be out first thing in morning, so if it is, theres not much you can do
aye not much at all.just have to put up with it
i only noticed it after playing with the buton once by holding it in for a few seconds to see what happend, and i guess it brakes them, but will check rear screen just incase
i know if u hold the buton with the key out it turns off the inside sensors so u can leave your dog or somthing the car with out it going off but still go off if u open the doors or brake a window.....
yeah, i was just boared one day waiting for missus shopping and went playing, lol
