    Default Another ebay concern....

Ive been using ebay for years now, got some great stuff on there and love it!!!

Never had any problems up until now......

Won an auction for a VW door locking mechanism, payed straight away with paypal.

Have not heard anything for over a week and he has not claimed my payment ??

    What would you do ?

if he's not claimed it (sounds like incorrect address or he doesn't have an account) you should be able to reverse the transaction?

What do you mean "he has not claimed my payment"?

    Have you contacted the seller?

If you have and they have not replied start a dispute with paypal and get your money back!

if you cancel it you won't need to raise a dispute since you'll already have your money back. You'd then just be faced with a choice of wait and see if you do hear back from him or just forget it and look for another one from another seller and leave him neg feedback.

i would not leave any fedback in this case,if you get your money back there is no problems, the seller couldhave had is/her ebay account and paypal account hacked hence why there is a problem, and you cannot blame the seller for this so any feedback is a bit unfair,no feedback is the best way to go.

I would be inclined to give the seller a chance with 100% feedback (depending on how many transactions) any thing could & does happen just KIT with him even if have no reply & do it via the 'messages' this way you, ebay & 'paypal' can see it hth .....

You can't give negative feedback now at all. Bit ghey IMHO.
