ET 44 offset

Hi all, can any one advise me on this offset - ET44 ? they are
Corsa VXR snow flakes fitted with 215 45 17 tyres ! will these
fit on the vectra ? and will they look wright ? i think i read that
the ET number means the biger the number the more the wheels
go into the arch ( closer to the strut ) i have the 19" snows on at mo.

The Vectra can only really take ET 35-42, and the tyres that are on them will be too small and will mean your speedo will be out!!

well ET44 from a Corsa will fit.. ive just fitted Corsa GSI wheels in 17" they are ofset 44

the Vectra goes from 43-33 not as written. (19" with 235/35 should be ET43)

17" sri rims with goodyears, need as much tred as poss !
