Default my stuck glow plug... cowboy garage....

Well the stuck glow plug is now out..lots of WD40 and a cold engine...however the garage that did it which are vx specialists, have broke the plastic top part off the glow plug this has not damaged the yellow wire , but has left the top part exposed and looks crap ..( no damage to the actual conection and the car runs fine...)..Also the glow plug is not screwed all the way in and you can see about 15mm of thread..and a nice smear of copper grease...I have tried to upload a picture but for some reason i cant, but will keep trying..Hope the cold start spanner light has be sorted now but i will know tomorow.....Is it totally nessersery for the plug to be screwed all the way in..what about the top of the plug....I guess they could not screw it in any further...me thinks cowboys....what shall i do...any body is welcome to come and look....

Id take it back asking them to fix it and if they refuse write them a letter confirming your intention to charge them for the repair

gonna cost them a fair bit imo if they were contracted to repair that part of the car and have left it in an unsafe way you need to get it viewed asap otherwise they will deny it

smallish garage.....but also left me needing new rear pads after 400 miles cos it was metal on metal....so now i have new discs pads and a new wheel cylinder ( was siezed ) on the rear......apparently they will pay for it so i am told...still waiting for payment...I had to have this done via another garage because i was out with my kids and i started to hear a grinding noise.I then had to pull into F1 auto centres and they showed me the problems....i traded in my lovely corolla T sport for this .....
