I hate those buggy things!

They shouldnt be on the pavements and they certainly shouldnt be on the road either without some sort of tax and insurance..

But then thats my same view of Cycles too.

I don't think they should be on the road or the pavement!!

Near me an old woman got done for hitting someone whist she was "driving" her mobility scooter/car on the pavement, and I also think someone got done for driving on the road!!
