Side Airbags

Right, the front side airbags on a Veccy, are they contained within the door or in the seat??

reason I ask is its going to be a taxi and I want to fit seat covers, which obviously aint suitable for seats with airbags in them.

any info mucho appreciated.

In the seats.... they are covered with a plastic panel so you could cut the covers and tuck the edges behind the panels.... i have done this with a set of waterproof covers I use on my seats when I'm doing messy things and want the covers on.
