ive been lookin at 2 of those kits u mentioned, the jam performance and the hids direct, few pple on here got em, the one that im more pushed towards is the hids direct kit as they have didgital ballasts in, the others need cancellors to stop u gettin error messages on your dash i believe, they work fine with them its just more wiring to locate in my opinion, where as i believe the hids direct ones have built in micra processors to do that job, ive been thinking over this for a week now as i dont wanna rush into buyin the wrong kit.. both have had good comments about on here tho in a post i did last week.

I went for the Jam kits, as I wanted the security that the cancellers were doing the job of sorting out any OBC errors, and not relying on a ballast to do the job, if the ballast fails.... and there are reports of HiD direct kits doing that, then thats a pain to physically replace (on one side anyway)

I praise them because I bought a set, and 5 of my mates bought them for various cars and they have all been spot on, and are very impressed with the kit. Yes, others may be potentially technically better ("latest digital ballast") but my plan was to buy a kit that I knew would work - and it did, and continues to do so (as does all my friends kit). You can only really go of personal experience and that's mine

..yes Paul, they are that easy to fit (to a pre-facelift) that if you can't - i'll do it for you
