Rear wiper

The rear wiper has stopped working on my 2003 Signum 3.0V6DTi.
What could possibly be the problem here, as I can hear the motors pumping water to the rear...but nothing is actually coming out of the nozzles?

And the lights illuminating the numberplate are dead too...

same problem with wiper!has never worked since i got the car

Does the wiper move? and just the nozel thats not working?

i have the same problem. rear wiper not working, no numberplate light and can't open boot.
