Glass fell out

Guessing someone has knocked it but basically the glass fell out of the wing mirror, its heated electric mirror and literally just the glass fell out, used a hot glue gun to stick it back on but that only lasted a couple of days what else could I use dont fancy buying a glass with the pcb etc.

Ive used Bostik to stick mirror glass in on all sorts of cars, uncluding my Dads C, and it always stuck solid, maybe give that a try.

Both mine have gone through this.Evo stick on glass and mirror and had no problems since.

as above, a good adhesive will work fine

my glass fell out last night too! except it shattered in to pieces.

Vauxall have said £27 parts, and £43 labour (half an hour, that's an hourly rate of £86!)

The part they said was mounted on a bracket... etc. any one know a source for a simple mirror i can glue in?

How do you dismantle the wingmirror? i've got a nice expanded diagram from another post, but how do you get the cover off? screwdriver and lever the cover away?
