This seems to be a problem with Alignmycar.co.uk - they don't recommend garages, just point you in the direction of those that have their equipment installed. After that, you're in the hands of the muppets that use the equipment (I speak from experience ).

Unfortunately, sounds like you've come across one of these muppets. All I can suggest is looking at this link and then maybe calling Tony Bones to pick his brains and going back to the original place or find somewhere else.

Hope you get it sorted mate.

Yeh,in all honesty bud,the problem iv'e got is the actual wheels on my car, they say that they cant do any measurements accurately because of the way they protrude outwards...so i'm double sixed as to what path to go down now.

Take this advice! Tony is the best in the business. I have travelled down from Manchester to Chesham 3 times now to have 4 wheel alignments done on 3 different cars. He has the BEST equipment and the BEST knowledge on alignment there is. He will be able to sort it, I'm quite sure.

I have used Eden Tyre's in Derby before - excellent facilities - very average service and knowledge in my experience!
