Thumbs down what is it about tyres on the site at the mo ???

    payneys ..... andrews ... now mine !!!!

space saver on at the mo .... looks like the tyre is defective ... no sign as yet of a puncture but the inside edge ( where the wall meets the tread ) is cracking !! in which case im lucky that i was stationary around nick house when he noticed that i had a flat !!!! could'ave been oh so different !!!

now though im a little worried about the other 3 tyres ... will they go the same way ?? well if its the tyre thats at fault !!

might have to get all 4 changed as i wouldn't feel safe with the kids in the car driving to france in july !!

i just dont know what to do ... but safety 1st ....

erm, could be a 4th here. Went out earlier and ran over a bottle whilst parking. It exploded under the tyre and bits were stuck in it. Not gone down yet but keeping fingers crossed.

If you're going to France, Do the tyres before you go. They are unbelievably expensive out there and that's if you can get them! I was stuck in Bordeaux for a day and a half while a garage had to order michelin 215/50/17's for me. They cost me about £400 in the end when I checked my credit card statement!

What cost safety? Especially with littleuns in the car.

BTW, What make tyres are they?

    Edit:

I've worked out what it is! - It's your new spoiler giving too much downforce! On 19's there's not enough tyrewall to take the extra flex! So you have two choices, We either swap wheels or tailgates!!!!

    Wink

I'm so glad i noticed that puncture earlier m8,who knows what could of happened!
As from our chat earlier dude you never put a childs saftey at risk m8 as you would know. If you can afford it m8 get the corners sorted and then you'll have peace of mind won't you dude.

get it done worry about the cost later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've a gaping hole in one of my 16s too. I'm going to have to change it before next week, because sure as chips are chips, the ******* will blow out half way down the motorway.
