anyone know how hard it is to change the seals on a 2.2 dti 03 plate thanks

PITA springs to mind. You'll need to remove the camshaft to get to these properly.

ya, the crossover bridge thingy with the seals under is underneath the camshaft. Some people remove the camshells and tilt it upwards near the belt, but as a result injector number one seals can be nipped/pinched when fitted so your back to square one again
