yep - cones need tightening slightly. 2 min job mate
As above. I would replace the bearings too (probably 1/4" - they should only cost you a quid) and pop some grease in there. Grab yourself some 'cone-spanners' to to a proper job
how do you do it do you need to remove the wheel?
Yes you need to get the wheel off!!

buy new wheels... always a good excuse for new parts..
bike was free and im skint!! if i can fix them then allsgood!!
its basicly only for using on cycle paths with me and wife for days out doesnt need to be fancy
could also be the axle thats wor to so if you do the bearings change the axle if it looks worn.
