how come it stayed on today when my wife was driving and the car felt slow/sluggish....

had it rigged up to my dad's comp tonight and no fault codes recorded and the light came on and went straight off again as i turned the key and started the engine...

anyone got any idea's as i am a bit flummoxed....

The spanner is the fault light, don't worry unless it keeps comming on and staying on. Also glad to see mine isn't the only one who's car won't store fault codes!

No 3 fuel injector is good for those symptoms and doesn't always generate a fault code mine didn't.

Rich what sort of fault code reader are you using? When mine was showing a fault code I borrowed Big Pete's U581 and was able to read it no problems, mine is half canbus though if that makes a difference
