    Default Heater Control Units....

    Will the heater control unit from a pre-facelift Vectra C go into a facelift and work ok..??

    Mate of mine has a facelift but two of his heater knob have cracked.

    I was wondering if the facelift canbus system had an effect on the electrical connector on the back....

    I doubt it mate, I have a large blue plug and a smaller black plug. I can't see them being any different mate.

    exactly the same mate and I have pulled it out and had it apart a few times.

    I tried taking the dials off myself the other day but I couldn't work it out. I didn't want to break anything.

    Its not that easy, tried it and they don't seem to want to come off. VX say you have to get a new unit, but then it is VX.
