    Default Problems..and more problems

    Hi Everyone,

    Well, Jovial me, was meant to be picking up my SRI 150 tomorrow.
    Done all the ground work, and changes insurance company's, cleaned my car out.

    Got the service history together for PX, and so on.

    It all hinged on one thing, a contribution from the bank, that would be paying toward the final amount, but guess what?

    Bank screws up, and i Wont have the money till Wednesday at the earliest!

    Thing is, My insurance runs out on my current car at 4pm tomorrow, with no way now to renew! And i've paid a full year up front for the insurance the SRI 150.

    So do you think Vauxhall will take the mighty Mastercard? I'll simply pay it back as soon as the money enters my bank account!

    What a kick in the balls 24hrs before i get me new vehicle!

    It will be worth it, I just cannot believe it.

    Had everything running like clock work, with quite a bit to sort out before new motor, then this happens.

    I wonder if VX will take Mastercard, will they charge a percentage on the transaction? That would be really damn annoying!

    Hmmmm...I'll have a look at my policy now, and see how much it is to extend for a day or two.

    Seem to remember it aint that expensive.

    Sod's law though aint it, especially when you have got everthing else sorted out in time!

    They should take it mate but might charge a couple of percent. Just ring up first thing and ask them, I'm sure in todays climate they'll be happy to take ANYTHING!

    Havent seen a way to do it online, so I will have to call them first thing.

    So tomorrow morning will be spent on the blower to the insurance company, and also the VX dealer...sounds like loads of fun!

    I think you will find they will do this ok. If your new insurance starts at 00.01 tomorrow you will be insured depending if it's F'Comp on another (your old one) car. Think this is right. Hope you get it sorted or if it's not don't drive for a few hours. ........ :yo;
