    Default Lookers are useless!!!!

Car has been into Lookers to get A/C fixed as some of the pipes had failed.
When it was returned, the cooling fan was running constantly so it went istraight back.
I watched hru the glass as 3 or 4 tech's stood around it scratching heads, and I was left sat about for another 2 hours and the result to the problem.....

Drain the refrigerant gas and the fan goes off!! Nice one you idiots, back to where I started.

I pointed out to the service advisor that it was becoming rather warm in terms of the weather and that the mrs is pushing 7 months pregnant and she is suffering with the heat - the response was "we're ordering a part for our gas machine"

    Thanks for that useless numpties!!!

I did mention that the warranty was due up next month and that if there was any suggestion that Lookers were delaying then Civil courts would be calling - the Sevice manager passed a brick and said it would be sorted this week sometime.

When it is, there will be a nice email of complaint being sent to Vx UK (again!)

Same old problem finding a half decent place that you know you can trust to do a good honest job. It's not as if they don't get paid to do it, they just don't do it .................

The response to me saying that the fan was stying on was "But the airconditioning is fixed sir, what else is wrong?"

I mean it went in with no other problems, so here is a suggestion..... "DONT GIVE IT BACK WITH A NEW PROBLEM!!"

it might not be their fault mate a switch could/can go faulty at any time im not defending them just saying that it can happen

If there were any issues, and Im not for one minute saying everything should go well every time, surely they should cough to it and admit that there is a problem. Not just give the car back saying that its all fixed. That is a bit naughty IMO

Lois Griffin: Peter! You're bribing your daughter with a car?
Peter Griffin: Ah, c'mon, Lois, isn't 'bribe' just another word for 'love'?
