Best Panal Replacement Air Filter????

Can anyone suggest thru experience the best panal air filter to use for a 2.2 petrol Z22SE????
Found a Pipercross one but are these any good or just get a K&N one?

I remember Nutron mentioning a comparison of airfilters and i'm sure he said he got better results (more bhp / torque) with a K&N panel filter fitted compared to the Pipercross one, I originaly bought myself a Pipercross but changed it shortly after for a K&N..

I have always used K&N tried the others but end up going back to K&N

Or one from Courtenay Sport http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/inde...d&productId=23 - cheaper, just as good as K&N IMOand very, very easy to clean and re-oil.

Have done 10k miles on mine in a GSi and no problems whatsoever.

The Courtenay one is just a re branded Pipercross one. The K&N is far superior than foam (pipercross) in terms of filtration, but the best is the stock paper one. Regular changes of the stock one will be just as good as the K&N, but the stock one blocks quicker so regular changes are essential.
