    Default Vauxhall MP3

I currently have a CD30 in my Veccy. It seems to only play audio CDs. I guess I'd have to upgrade to get one that can play MP3? I have to admit I like the look of having the Vx HU in there rather than an aftermarket HU. Can anyone advise what model I'd need to get MP3 and roughly how much it'd cost?

Any pics of aftermarket HU's in your Veccy welcome too so I can see what it looks like with a facia in place.

    Cheers.

EDIT: dunno why I posted this under troubleshooting, too early in the morning. Feel free to move Mr Moderator.

cool, thanks, didn't know there was another version of the CD30. Will see if I can get one of those, attach a parrot and I'm sorted.

If I get a refurb one, do I need it tech2'd to the car or is it only the fancier ones with screens etc that need that?

Also, are the Astra-H ones different from the Vectra ones?

i believe the astra ones have a slightly different shape so stick with a vectra one you will have to unpair your unit by a dealer using tech 2 and have the new one which also has to to unpaired from the donor car and then tech 2 to pair it to your car as there is no code required there was a place on Ebay selling them unpaired ready to go have a look on there.
