where do u have the dial on the top set to mate, the foam looked pretty thick goin on then, didnt get mine that thick yesterday but was my 1st time, also i didnt put the lance on the end of the trigger like you i left the ist piece of the gun on then put the lance on that.. looks easier doin it how u did..
