    Default How do i wash my applicators/micro fibre....

    im just wondering how do people wash there foam applicators, drying towels and micro-fibre towels when they've used them on their car? just as ive bought all new stuff i wanna keep it in tip top shape and look after them.

    what settin do put them on? like a low 30 heat on cotton??

    30 should be alright just dont put them on 90. also dont use any softner with them just use some wash powder and they will be fine

    we dont use wash powder we use tablets so the next question is bio or non bio tablets ?

    Moved to Detailing.

    As above non bio and don't use a fabric softener. I set the machine to the lowest setting.

    The foam pads. I have a plastic tray were. I cover the waxes side of the pad in washing up liquid and soak in boiling water for a while then rinse out and dry.

    same here, the amout of wax these pads soak up is crazy

    im goin to wash my dryin towel and micro-fibre towels and just leave the applicators and use them for the same stuff next time (been told this by someone very knowledgeable)
