Better performance is about all it does, shell fuels all have a cleaner agent in them.

For the benefits of the cleaning and to notice the performance enhacing properties you need to use this product for a minimum of about 4 or 5 full tanks

I always use V-Power Diesel on my cars since it became available in 2007. BP Ultimate before that. So now a mix between the two.

I started using this the day I picked up my Signum with 20000 miles on it, it took about 3tank full's to start to notice a difference, not so much with extra performance, although it is a little stonger in the performance department, but the mpg is better and I am happy with the thought of it keeping everything nice and clean on the inside.

Add a double dose of Millers Sport 4 to you V-Power diesel and it's even better!

But for sure now the engine appears to run quieter and smoother.

While I agree with you Matt, you should be careful not to overdose on Miller's etc, not sure if it effects a VX or not but some cars have been known to suffer rubber breakdown on the fuel circuit due to additives, or too much of them anyway.

Yeah, VAG say not to use it at all as it's *supposed* to rot the rubber, mind you they say not to do a lot of things that I used to put in as part of a service, I wonder how much of it is work generation myself.
