    hi mate it isn't from a vectra c steering wheel
    it is not the same, veccy c has a bit bigger opel logo, i can take a pic to show you and measure if you want..
    this is veccy b logo and it is smaller as already said, plus it is on black background and vec c has just the logo on wheel..
