    Default new dvd and head rest install

    well got my new dvd navi unit today, picking up the headrest screens on sat to take to trimmers next week to have them recovered in same material as origanal head rest, will post pics next week when done, any one got any tips for installing this kinda unit and head rest ect any advice welcome

    cost 720 for headunit and wires ect and cost me 122 for headrest's, and 25 pound to get them re trimmed, cant wait to do it , contacted a audio shop in cardiff and the wanted 450 to fit it all so thought sod that il do it my self, next is to remove the carpet on drivers side boot and build a sub enclosure then re trim it in carpet so i wont lose any boot space

    im i getting roped in to this at the same time as the boost guage

    fitting that for that money is a ripe off ill doit the same time as the guage

    I would be interested in hearing what your plans are for a sub without losing boot space. You could build a box for the right side cubby hole and get a 8 inch sub. You could go for a free air sub.

    What if a bulb blows? I would change every bulb both sides otherwise it would be a real pain to strip it down.

    kenwood do a sub that will fit in there and its about £80 so it not a bad price
