    Default Tyre Choice

    Ive got an 02 plate 2.2 dti veccy and need to replace all 4 tyres. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Toyo T1-S are top notch (T1-R are very similar).
    Perelli 6000 suck big time
    Goodyear NCT5 are good too and last well

    All the above cost a fortune for 235/45 17

    I have 4 tyres 235/35/19...i'm going to put them for sale soon and theyre in Very good condition but there are 2 people that are interested as well but if they dont want them u can have them .The reason i'm selling them is that i need 215/35/19 for my vectra b

    I all depends on how much money you have for the tires.
    I like Good Year Eagle F1 and Continental SportContact.

    Just replaced the 2 fronts on my DTi with the same Goodyear NCT 5's.....got 33k out of the last 2

    What size are you on bud? I've just put a pair of Eagle F1's on mine for lees than £200. I've gone to the 225/45/17 size though as they are much more common and cheaper. Try www.mytyres.co.uk or www.camskill.co.uk.

    I notice camskill have good deals on Falken's - I used to put these on my ST24 all the time, I thought they were great, my little bro puts them on his Calibra and he has no probs with them.

    Falkens are ok as long as you are going in a straight line! I have four of them but they are wearing quickly and don't like corners.
