fancy a swim...lol

just thought i would post up a few pic's of our current job that we are doing, basicaly the pool area in nottm city for appartment's located within the building needed a re-vamp due to it being painted with the incorrect type of paint, it is such a shame mind as the mural looked fantastic and must have taken a great deal of time and money to do in the first place, but incorrect paint meant blistering and flaking was inevitable and unhappy resident's are not a thing you want in an expensive appartment block

so here are the pic's....

firstly the wall's when we arrived...and then as we left yesterday after much prep, re-skimming and easy filler applied and a decent base coat applied...
second coat went on today and it's looking even better, snagging it tomorrow and a little more filling to be done but i think it look's awsome so far, oh and the new paint is an oil based acyrlic eggshell, waterproof and @ a cost of £55.00 per gallon....used 7 gallon's in total so not a cheap wolloping.....

Are you getting some ideas for the Vectra C social club? I think a pool would be a good idea.

this is the final colour, it makes the room much brighter as the lighting reflect's off the wall's now.....as i said just a bit of snagging to be done tomorrow and the new flooring is going down next week, pool and jacuzi given a right good clean and then re-filling them both, both changing room's are being hit on friday and should be ready for the grand re-opening a week on monday....
