facelift 1.9 cdti 120 dual mass flywheel ???

hi all , im the proud owner of a facelift 1.9 cdti 120 8 valve vectra, ive been reading the threads on the forum regarding the dual mass flywheels ......

ive just read a thread where someone said that its not such a big problem on the facelift models, and even lesser a problem on the 120 8 valves ???

as mine is a facelift 8 valve should i be worried ?

mine "SEEMS" to be fine at the minute (TOUCH WOOD).... but i'd like to hear from other members with either an 8v 120 or a facelift 1.9 that have either horror stories or like me have'nt had a problem with there dmf !

i just really want to know if i should be worried or not !!!

well mine is a 8v 120ps sxi cdti with 118k now and its still going strong, no noise or rattles

mine 05 8v with 40k no problems (touch wood)

I've got a 150, been rattling for 26 months now since I got the car, done 49k so far.

Could go at anytime but hope God will keep it together

mines just gone in garage at the min. also chewed the clutch 2

Looks like a 150 problem - mine has had a new DMF and clutch at 18000 miles last year - 57 Plate

they think there could be a new dmf now possibly made differently but not sure???
