    Default Black stained exhaust

My SRI exhaust is very black, tried wonder wheels (probably shouldn't) on it but nothing shifts it.

What can I use as I only need a tiny amount.

mmmm i did something that shifed it within 1 second but you have to be really carefull ...... a scouring pad .... very very carefully rub the scourer our the infected part then use a chrome cleaner to buff it up ..... it is possible to do it without sctratching the chrome plateing but you have to be soft !!!! not just in the head either !!!!

on my sri i had the same thing. Inside the exhuast was black as you would expect, and i coudnt get this clean, even with a dremel and stainless wheel. The lip of the exhaust was aslo black and after hours and hours tring different things i realised that the chrome plating had flaked off, so it was never ever going to come up again. Make sure yours isnt the same before spending more hours on it.

I use a bit of Silvo to clean the exhaust on mine, shifts everything off it, makes it like new ! Also use it to clean the silver strip on my Irmscher grille when it gets tarnished
