Fitting heated washer jets

Hi

I have ordered heated washer jets and loom from the stealers. I don't have the plug for them located next to the Poolen filter. I have to remove the fuse box to join the wires.

My question is I have a 55 plate facelift SRi with a CD30 radio. Will removing the battery and fuse box pose me any problems with radio codes and or key problems?
