    Default VPower Results are in!!

V Power Normal Driving Around results are in! and yeh it makes a differnce as i was just driving normally!! ive got 620.6 miles before the flashing light came on and i was too scared to carry on lol.
i filled up again with 60.36 litres of V Power (at 106.9p a litre) for the super boring eco run that ive got to do next lol. never again will i be doing this. im aiming for 1000 mile on one tank might get close seems i got 896.50 out of regular diesel. lol i bet itll run out at 999.99 just to p**s me off lol.

that means on regular driving on V Power ive got a mpg of...... 46.741mpg. which i consider to be good for around a town/motorway mix of driving.

    Results so Far
Regular driving Regular Diesel - 36.501MPG
Regular driving V Power Diesel- 46.741MPG
    Eco Driving Regular Diesel- 69.230MPG

Regular Vs Vpower increase of 28.05% during this test
soooo is it worth the extra 7p
    cost on regular per a 10K Year - £1388.01
cost on Vpower Per a 10K Year- £1039.68

so £300 a year on a 10,000 miles a year. not bad for a more expensive fuel lol.

i know i probbly dident drive exatly the same as i did for the regular diesel but i was driving the same style if that makes sence. i cant wait to find out what i get for the super eco run!!!

NEXT the super eco run on VPower.......1000mile tank here we come!!!lol

like i said this is just somthing im doing for a mate at college for his Eco project so its not completly actuate. but it gives a rough guess. only way to scientificly do it if say you put one mesured gallon then ran the car till it stopped but lol i dont think a uni project needs that level as its just somthing of an case study to say that you can save money and the enviroment at the same time.

and seems ive got satans fuel pump the VP44 i dont want to not give it fuel it will just die and then empty my bank account to get it replaced lol

I'd like to see someone do that with 3 or 4 tanks of regular and V. I've seen other tests like this that claim a 10% - 15% increase in MPG, never anything approaching 30%

Mind you, I might just try it with my next tank

Sorry - I have my doubts - I just cant see a fuel on its own delivering nearly 30% higher MPG figures. It would be interesting to see how the economy dirve goes.
