    Default Heated seat pads...

Does anyone know if the Front Heated Seat Pads from a Vauxhall Astra Mk4/G would work in a on a Signum/Vectra?

Part numbers I can see are -

    Backrest Pads - 90560060
    Base Pads - 90560059

    Thanks

How did you find it? How does it work exactly? Where do you wire it to or from?

Well my previous car had factory fitted heated front seats so i just wired them into the front seat circulation...They worked fine(took a bit longer to heat them up than the factory ones tho')They have 2 settings low heat and high one.I dunno much about Vectra(just bought the car 8weeks ago)but what i can read in this forum u need tech2 almost for everything. To my old car(Ford) was very easy to fit...I am just wondering you can wire them into your cig lighter loom......

I've got all the loom under the seats and the plugs behind the blanks. So could I "maybe" just wire it to that? I've got the heated seat switches etc, I've just been trying to find some seat pads to complete it all! But if I could maybe use the VX switches and loom with these pads, that would be better and easier for me. Mines a pre-facelift so very little tech2 needed for her.

Well if u got all the loom installed to retrofit the heated seats can't see why it wouldn't work. Why don't u try to get some genuine Vx ones from Omega c(almost all of them had heated seats)would be easier to fit me think...

An Omega C, is that the final production facelift model, up to 2002 or something like that? It would work in on a Vec C/Sigbum?

I think up to 2003...Can't see the reason why won't work...Any idea how much the pads would cost new from the stealers?
