Default I bid you a fond farewell

Well 70k miles on, my 56 plate Sri XP Nav is going. Just had a quote to replace the inlet manifold as it's fubarred at a cost of £700. The boss has had enough, especially after the £450 water pump a few months ago.

Looked at the new Insignia, but even with the B2B fleet discount, and specced with the 160 engine, VXR kit, flexride and BT it was coming at £20k otr.

So it's farewell to Vauxhall and welcome back to Mazda and a brand spanking new Mazda 6 185bhp 2.2l diesel sport with a spec list that the Veccy can only dream of and cost? £17800.

Thanks for all the help and info on here, I should have a set of upgraded 312 disks for sale and a auto dimming mirror if anyones interested?

Hope so, so glad they've overhauled the diesel engines. The 2.2 185bhp looks a cracker on paper.

2.2 diesel sounds a savage beast with 185bhp!!

Have driven a RX7 and a Mazda 3 2.3 MPS and both were impressive, no sorry, the MPS was just plain bonkers!!

I Would have a Mazda tomorrow!!

    Don't be a stranger mate!
