Default Remote Cable from Stock Radio

    Hi

I'm fitting a amp + sub to a vectra 06 plate. I'm using the factory stereo in the car, but need a connection for the remote. Does anyone know of whether there is a remote cable fitted in the wiring loom for the factory stereo? If not could I tap off anything else (ciggy lighter??).

    Cheers

    Dan

You could use the feed from the ciggy lighter.

Yea mate, I tapped off the rear power socket. Even better would be a switched live from the rear fuse box in the left boot cubby.

Which fuse in the boot fuse box would you use for this, as most of them stay on after the acc is turned off??
    Thanks.
