I have 2 keys with trandponders in my posession they are blank never been programmed 3 button.They could be universal as there is no badges on them.My question is could these be programmed to my car as the insides look similar ie transponder.433mhz whatever that means.

If they're the type that the Vectra uses then yes, they can. The 433MHz simply relates to the frequency that it uses for the remote signal.
