Have not mentioned on here before about my friends long battle with cancer

unfortunately it came back and is terminal

In the last 6 months he has been trying to raise money and awareness for CLIC seargent and Tennage cancer trust

He had a big party and prize auction 6 months ago and is wanting to have another event to raise awareness for the local comunity

We are planning having a sponsored walk to the comunity hall then a fun fair type day then a pub quiz later on at night

ideas so far

Most Keep ups
Golf chipping in the pale
Press ups in 60 sec
Beer mat flipping
Highest dart score with 9 darts
Highest score Wii bowling

Furthest paper aeroplane

Eating the most crackers without a drink in one minute
Cotton wool shot put
Most people in a mini

come on people surely some of you know some fun games

one thing we always do in this office is throw £1 coins at a bottle of spirits,
you dont think it will work but .......
if you have say, a big bottle of vodka and 50 people, most people will happily part with upto £5 or £6 to try and win a £20 bottle...... 50x £5..... you see. The more people that play the bigger the amount raised!

so put the bottle in the middle of the floor, then take 7 steps away from it and put a marker down, have them stand on the marker and and take turns to throw their £1 coins, closest wins, hey presto!
