    They start to arrive at the dealers in April, my dealer has just received notice of their SRi XP estate will arrive by 28th April.

    was told there was a 3 month wait for tourers as they were meeting demand for hatches. According to my local vx dealer, it's quite normal to get the hatches and saloons out the factory gates first, before retooling for the estate/tourer - hence the wait.

    Estate production has apparently started. If the financial situation is not good, and they have customers who want to buy cars, why wait.! It makes sence to get the cars out there.

    I did hear when I was in Germany earlier this week, Russelheim to be exact, that GM Europe have set up a new company that will protect GM Europe should the GM in America fold.

    From what I have been told, GM Europe is a good viable business, but GM America is not helping by dragging the money out of Europe!

    last year at the opel factory we saw the shell of the tourer just strategicaly left in a place for us all to see..........i think it will deffo be our next car in a few yr's time

    GM Europe have been supporting GM America for a while now.
