    Default CDR2005 Upgrade

Is it just simple as plug and play for standard HU's? can i put a CD30 or somthing like that in to mine or do i have to get it Tech2'd?

or is it easier and cheaper in the long run just to get a aftermarket one?

    Ta, Will

no, a CDxx is as good as impossible; only a CCR2006 would be easy

2004 should be half canbus, you can get a vx headunit fitted but it has to be tech2'd out of the donor car then again tech2'd into your's......i have a full canbus car and have fitted a sony head unit with the sony interface so i can still use the wheel remotes and still have the centre screen useage.....
