    Default CAT DPF 15bhp ???????

Spoke to a mechanic today about my cat being removed and a straightthrough pipe put inplace on my (06) sri 150 . He said as it does not have a (DPF) ?? it would work great with an increase of about 15bhp, this with my chip and pipercross filter and airbox mod and my already fitted full stainless steel exhaust it should be kicking out WELL OVER 200 Horsies Bring it on .............

You won't see a 15bhp increase on the 1.9 150 by removing the cat, you'll be lucky to see a couple.

The cat is not a major issue on the diesels. As for being well over 200bhp, don't get too excited, it probably won't happen, there are members on here who have done what you have done and also added bigger intercoolers and still not broke the 200bhp mark.

I have tuned 3 different 1.9 150's, it's pretty easy to get up to 190bhp but after this it is difficult.
