Plasticy rattle from nsr...

any ideas would be good, its been going on for over a month now, it sounds like a some sort of trim rattle, it sounds like it coming from the nsr corner but it doesnt make the noise all the time just now and again.
has anybody else had this? if so what cured it?

is it not the parcel shelf?
mine does this at it does my head in - had to put some foam type stuff on it to try and cushion it a bit

How about something fallen down between the side of your motor and the trim in the boot?????

Are you sure it's inside? I had a rattle I was convinced was inside the car and it turned out the exhaust heat shield had corroded through the bolts and was rattling on the exhaust.

Worth a check underneath and see if you can check they are secured - check both the centre and back box one(s).

Check the roof lining at the back, often comes out of the rubber hatch seal.

My centre arm rest/storage thing rattles like crazy... Just wish I could rip it out sometimes, its such a flimsy pointless lump of cheap plastic.

Could be the plastic trim on inner side of the
hatch, the one below the glass with the grab
handle on, rattles on the contact point between
the trim and the glass ! or the hatch locking
clasp, rubber screws need adjusting out a bit
( maybe ! )
