Default Leak off pipes 2.0DTI - Guide?

    Hi Guys

I think i've got a problem with my leak off pipes from what I've found searching on these forums.

Had cold start issues and couldnt find reference in the service stuffs to the glowplugs having been changed so those have been done and not improved matters so it seems my next port of call is the leak off pipes.

I've found this thread with some pics

    http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=59573

But i was wondering if anyone had a Derv newb friendly guide or advice before I tackle it.

Also, does anyone know what pipe (and size) is suitable for this task?

    Thanks in advance

    mark

Mark Hi the only bit of advice is buy vauxhall genuine leakoff pipe and new T pieces. Replace t pieces even if they look good. Remove all the leakoff pipes and measure and cut the new pipe to match. When putting together put a little fairy liquid on each joint even when you put them on the injectors leakoff conectors , as the pipe will be hard to push on t pieces etc.

When you start car it may take a time so don't just site there turning it over give it a breather or you will burn your starter out.

Dont leave it too long is my advice, all the time its not starting the pump isnt being lubricated by the diesel and leads to premature failure of the pump
