Anybody got an aftermarket exhaust on a diesel?(2.0DTi)

heya my exhaust is rusty as hell so as soon as it rusts through im going to replace it with a stainless system hopfully but, before i do i was wondering what diesels sound like with a aftermarket system? id like somthing a bit more sporty but not somthing that sounds like a tractor. ive also only got the standard rear bumper so if anyone has any pictures would be apriciated as i cant justify getting a new rear bumper quite yet lol

a good start would be looking for vids of exhaust tone etc on youtube. MIJ are an approved trader on here based in the midlands and do good systems so i'm told.

if my 2.0 DTi could sound like that!!! lol if thats a diesel ill be very supprised.

mine is a 1.9d wit a decat and vxr rear boxes done at tiptop performance in the midlands...01213288218 the company is brand new and very well priced

a few members have got the exhausts on the diesel and seem to be happy. i have a 2.0Dti and thinking of getting a set of the vxr's for £325

I had a custom made Powerflow 2.5" system on my 2.0DTi Astra. Ran it from the turbo, cut out the cat, single small centre box and a larger back box.

Gained 4hp and 70lb-ft torque below 1500rpm, gave a bassy note at low revs, a bit of a rasp at high revs, and cruising on the motorway it was actually quieter than the standard system.
